Representatives from Richard Koze/Kay Builders of Wescosville delayed their scheduled appearance to present a land development plan to the Upper Macungie Planning Commission last week. Township records indicate that the builders propose to develop their property on on southeast corner of Blue Barn Road and Oak View Drive for two uses. The first is a two-story 12,600 square foot building with retail space on the first floor and office space on the second floor. The second is a proposed 39,426 square foot personal care facility.
