A Bucks County man pleaded guilty Monday in Lehigh County Court to attempting to lure a real estate agent into an Upper Macungie model home last November so that he could rape her, according to online court records. Frank A. Yeager, of 111 Hickory Lane, West Rockhill Township, was charged in December 2012 after an investigation by state police at Fogelsville and the now-defunct Berks-Lehigh Regional Police. At the time, Yeager, 29, was charged with one count of criminal attempt rape, two counts of carrying firearms without a license, and one count of possessing instruments of crime, a first-degree misdemeanor. A 29-year-old man charged with intending to sexually assault real estate agents by allegedly luring them into model homes waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday, according to online court records. The case moves to Lehigh County Court. Frank A. Yeager, of 111 Hickory Lane, West Rockhill Township, was charged in December after state police at Fogelsville and the former Berks-Lehigh Regional Police department investigated a report by a saleswoman for Pulte Homes in Upper Macungie. A 29-year-old Bucks County man has been charged with intending to subdue and sexually assault real estate agents by luring them into model homes, according to a release Friday from the Lehigh County District Attorney's office. Frank A. Yeager, of 111 Hickory Lane, West Rockhill Township, was charged Friday after an investigation by State Police at Fogelsville and Berks-Lehigh Regional Police. This guy went to school in the same school district as me. I really do feel bad for him. He was never accepted by any group of kids and possibly never had a single friend in the world.
