Police: Man Punches Wife in Head Inside Top Star

A 41-year-old Kutztown man faces drug-related and assault charges after allegedly punching his wife in the head inside the Top Star station, 7739 Hamilton Blvd., Upper Macungie. David Danas, of 890 Grim Road, Kutztown, faces charges of simple assault, harrassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and possession of heroin. According to the arrest affidavit: David Danas was arraigned by District Judge Michael D'Amore and set to jail in lieu of bail.
