Construction of new retail locations at the Weis Markets shopping complex in Fogelsville could begin as early as June, once all approvals are secured. That process continued Wednesday night when the Upper Macungie Planning Commission heard a resubmission of land development plans for the project. "We'd like to start construction as soon as we get approval," said Christopher Falnecki of Weiser Engineering Consultants LLC of Wernersville. "It's almost April now and we could break ground sometime in June."
