St. Paul's United Church of Christ, located in Trexlertown, has served the Lehigh Valley for more than 225 years. The church is located at the corner of Trexlertown Road (just south of Hamilton Boulevard) and Church Lane.

From September to May, Sunday School is at 9 a.m. and Sunday worship services are held at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. From June to August, there is one Sunday service at 9 a.m. and a Thursday worship service at 7 p.m.

The church also hosts Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings, as well as special events such as a Blessing of the Animals, concerts and more.
