we weren't treated with respect. having used them on more than one occasion you would think that they would appreciate the business. not only did they insult us when they were doing the work, they were rude to my son insisting upon he paying them in cash. the elderly woman who called to solicit us for the work never informed us of that. there are too many people happy to do business with us that we don't need that treatment.
