Parkland's GEO Club Helps Animal Food Bank

The GEO Club collected 5,000 items for the Lehigh Valley Animal Food Bank.

The GEO (Grassroots Environmental Organization) Club collected 5,000 items for the Lehigh Valley Animal Food Bank in a pet food drive.

Teacher Ellen Snyder's classes collected 1,500 items in her classes alone, according to the Parkland School District website.

The GEO Club will treat Snyder's classes -- the grand prize winner -- to breakfast or lunch because of their efforts.
