Is it me, or are we as taxpayers seeing a personnel shuffle in Parkland. What does "'re-assigned" actually mean? We hire people who retire..understood...but replacing people who get reassigned? Doesn't that biggest hiring yet ANOTHER person? While the rest of economy makes cuts, our schools continue to grow on the backs of taxpayers.

John, When a vacancy is created by a resignation in a teaching position, they often move a qualified aide into the teaching position (since they best know the classroom), but then they must replace the aide. It is not an increase in personnel.
