Public Hearing Tonight On SALDO, Jaindl Plans
Recreation money paid by developers and a reclassification request for Lehigh Hills development will be discussed.
The Upper Macungie Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing tonight at 6 p.m. in the municipal complex, located at 8330 Schantz Road in Breinigsville.
The topics are to the township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) and re-zoning issues pertaining to Jaindl Land Co.
The most dramatic proposed change to the SALDO is the amount of money per dwelling developers would need to shell out for recreation fees.
