Hearing on Cetronia Road Development Postponed
Property developers seek a zoning variance to build a large Wawa off Cetronia Road.
Land developers from New Castle, Delaware were scheduled to appear before the Upper Macungie zoning board Wednesday night to ask for a variance to build a large Wawa at 1024 Cetronia Rd.
Near , the development plans for the property also include a 3,000 square-foot bank, a 5,500 square-foot auto center and an 8,400 square-foot daycare center.
Mountain Home Development Associates and Summit Realty Advisors, LLC also intend that goes slightly over the 4,000 square-foot limit for that use. The area is zoned highway commercial.

The zoning board granted the developers a continuance, and will hear the appeal Oct. 26, at 6:30 in the township meeting room.
This project will not begin until plans go through the planning commission and then to the supervisors.
