Unlicensed N.J. Driver Charged in Crash, Police Say
Upper Macungie Police said Jose Montes, 41, of Paterson, N.J., faces a summary charge of driving without a license following a Wednesday car accident.
A 41-year-old Paterson, N.J., man faces a summary charge of driving without a license following a Wednesday afternoon auto accident at Route 222 and Grange Road, according to Upper Macungie Police.
Police said a 2001 Dodge Caravan driven by the Paterson man, Jose Montes, rear-ended a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara driven by Vicki Dorak, 40, of Mertztown.
Police said Montes, who was not injured, did not stop for traffic that was stopped for a red light on Route 222.
Police said both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed by Faust Towing.
