Trexlertown Man Charged With Drug Offenses

said a Trexlertown man was charged with drug offenses April 16 when he was found trespassing in the tow yard of at 683 Grange Road.
 
Police said Theodore W. Derr, 51, of Trexlertown was found with a tool box in Faust Auto Parts yard when responding to a 2:20 a.m. trespassing report. Police said Derr was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
Police said the drug paraphernalia was seized. Derr was released and charges were filed with .

-- A 20-year-old Emmaus man and two juveniles will be charged following an April 22 Lowhill Township rollover accident. State police said Will Michael was operating a 1997 Toyota Corolla when it rolled over after hitting the center median and a traffic control sign at the intersection of Holbens Valley Road and Route 100 at 1:46 a.m.
 
Police said a passerby transported Michael and two juvenile female passengers to Westfield Hospital, where they were treated for minor to moderate injuries. Michael and both juveniles admitted to consuming alcohol, police said, and charges will be filed with District Judge Charles Crawford.
