Tree of Life Workers Fight, Police Say

Upper Macungie Police say two workers at the Tree of Life warehouse in Breinigsville got into a fight early Tuesday. Simple assault and harassment charges were pending against one of them.

Upper Macungie Police said two workers at the Tree of Life warehouse in Breinigsville got into a fight early Tuesday, and simple assault and harassment charges were pending against one of them.

Police said a verbal argument turned physical about 1:07 a.m. between Nathaniel Smalls, 47, of Allentown and a 27-year-old man.

Police said simple assault and harassment charges will be filed against Smalls.
