Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charge in Breinigsville, Police Say

Upper Macungie police say Breinigsville man had marijuana and paraphernalia.

Upper Macungie police say a Breinigsville man faces drug charges following a traffic stop Monday on Route 100.

Kyle Hoch, 24, is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say Hoch was pulled over around 10:30 Monday night for an inspection violation, and that further investigation revealed he had marijuana.
