Tractor Trailer Flips, Closes Nestle Way, Police Say

Police say Bensalem man lost control of a tractor trailer on Nestle Way Friday.

Upper Macungie police say Nestle Way was closed for three hours Friday when a tractor trailer flipped onto its side.

According to police, Jagroop Sandal, 32, of Bensalem, was rounding a curve near 405 Nestle Way when he lost control of his trailer, causing it to flip and slide across the road.

Sandal was not hurt in the crash, police say, but does face traffic citations. The road was partially or fully closed for three hours before the truck was uprighted by Hauser's Towing.
