Rocks and Bottles Thrown Into Backyard Pool

State police report incidents including rocks and bottles thrown into a resident's swimming pool

 recently released information on the following incidents:

Thefts from motor vehicles: Reported by Christine Morgan of 7580 Buttercup Road, Ronald Rivas and Lola Ofray, both of 1863 Aster Road, Anthony Reese of 2012 Aster Road, and Alison Spelman of 7530 Buttercup Road; between 1 and 8 a.m. June 29 all said that their unlocked vehicles were entered and items including wallets or purses were taken, police said.

Theft: Reported by Gregorie Allen Hart at 1740 Spring Creek Road; 10 pieces of slate were taken between July 4 and 7 from the residence, police said; no value given.

Charged: Several people were cited for underage drinking at 5117 Briarwood Drive; July 7 at 12:50 a.m. after a report of a party at the residence, police said; citations to be filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Faulkner.

Theft: Reported by Mark Lehman of 7723 Racite Road; BMX freestyle bicycle taken between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. July 5 from an open garage, police said; no value given.

Found: Mountain bike found in Lower Macungie without description provided by police; call police at 610-395-1438 to describe and claim.

Retail theft: Reported at , 1091 Mill Creek Road, at 3:34 p.m. July 9; woman described as being about 17, 5-foot-9, 140 pounds, long blond hair, blue eyes, and wearing a blue T-shirt with stripes and tan cargo shorts fled in a newer model, white, 4-door vehicle of unknown make and model, police said.

Criminal mischief: Reported by Donna Grant in the 5000 block of Covenant Court; between 4 and 5 a.m. July 12 rocks, bottles and patio chair thrown in backyard pool, police said; no damage reported.

Protection-from-Abuse Order violation: Reported by an unidentified woman in the 4600 block of Hedgerow Drive; 28-year-old unidentified man from Whitehall Township July 28 violated an order in place, police said.
