Police: Upper Mac Pair Busted On Criminal Trespass Charges

Two Upper Macungie Township men were arrested and charged March 17 for breaking into a vacant trailer in Feb. 26 at the Green Acres Mobile Home Park.

Berks-Lehigh Regional Police said Robert Joseph, 19, of Upper Macungie Township and Michael James Fitch, 20, of Breinigsville were charged with criminal trespass, loitering and prowling as a result of the incident.

Police said citations were issued after an investigation that led to the arrests. Police said Joseph and Fitch have appeared before District Judge Charles Crawford and the matter has been referred to Lehigh County Court.

--Elsewhere, police said Erik Bortz, 45, of Topton was arrested March 17 and charged with harassment by communication as a result of a domestic dispute. Police said a citation was issued and Bortz will appear in front of District Judge Charles Crawford.
