Police: TD Bank Robbery Suspect Said He Had a Bomb

State police are seeking information that will lead to the arrest of Corey S. Angstadt.

Pennsylvania State Police at Fogelsville are seeking a Berks County man in connection with the robbery of the TD Bank on Hamilton Blvd. on Monday.

Corey S. Angstadt, whose last known address was 1213 Beaumont Ave., Temple, "displayed and identified a device that he placed into the drive-thru transaction tube and sent inside the drive-thru portion of the bank, as a bomb," police said.

"Angstadt demanded money from the tellers and told them if they did not provide the desired money, the bomb would explode. The tellers placed the money inside the tube with the device and sent it back to Angstadt.

'Angstadt then left the scene in a Ford F150 green-in-color pickup truck," they said.

Police ask that anyone with information regarding Angstadt's whereabouts call 911 or 610-395-1438. All calls will remain anonymous.
