Police: Man, 64, Harasses 22-year-old Female Co-Worker
Police cite Breinigsville man for allegedly kissing woman, grabbing her derriere at Weisenberg work place.
State police have cited a 64-year-old Breinigsville man for allegedly kissing a 22-year-old female co-worker and grabbing her derriere during the early-morning hours Saturday at a Weisenberg Township business.
The man whom police said would be cited for harassment is Terry Robert Faust.
A state police fax also said the woman "did not consent" to the alleged action.
Both were at work around 3:30am at 9755 Commerce Circle, which is part of an industrial park north of Interstate 78 in the western part of Lehigh County. The business has a Kutztown mailing address.
The fax did not identify the business, and a computer search shows that 9755 Commerce Circle is the address for several companies.
No further information was avilable Monday morning on online court records.
