Police Investigate Grange Road Hit-and-Run

Upper Macungie Police say the driver of a blue or gray sedan, described as a thin, young, white woman with dark hair, left the scene of a Grange Road accident Tuesday morning.

Upper Macungie Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident Tuesday morning on Grange Road, at the intersection of Route 222.

Police say that a car driven by Lisa Vicari of Allentown was on Grange Road at approximately 8 a.m. Tuesday when it was sideswiped by a blue or grey sedan, possibly a Chevrolet.

Police said the driver of the offending car, described as a thin, young white woman with dark hair, initially got out of the car immediately after the accident.

The woman then got back in the car and left the scene, driving away on Route 222 south.
