N.Y.C. Man Nabbed For DUI in Upper Macungie

arrested a New York City man April 8 and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended Pennsylvania driver license.
Police said Pedro Rodriguez, 27, of New York City, was stopped for a traffic violation on Hamilton Boulevard in Breinigsville at 12:25 a.m. April 8.
Police said Rodriguez failed a field sobriety test and was charged with DUI. Police said Rodriguez was also charged with driving with a suspended Pennsylvania driver license, even though he was in possession of a valid New York license.
