State police say man stood on concrete median naked after accident
A 28-year-old Massachusettes man was arrested Sunday after standing naked on a concrete median following a chain reaction accident on Interstate 78 Sunday, according to state police at Fogelsville.
The man, Erik Jenkinson, of Concord, Mass. lost control of the vehicle and slammed into to the concrete barrier and a tractor-trailer, the report said.
He then stripped his clothes off and ran away from the scene before being apprehended, according to the report.

Jenkinson, who was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar-Crest with minor injuries, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, open lewdness, the report said.
