More Cars Burglarized in Upper Macungie

For two weeks, GPS units have been stolen for car in Upper Macungie. Police says the cars were unlocked.

Just a week after reported from cars, thieves struck again on both sides of the 222 Bypass in Upper Macungie.

According to police:

  • On March 16, a resident in the 1500 block of Artisan Court reported that an unknown subject entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a GPS unit, change, and various other items. This occurred between 8:30 p.m. and 5:45 a.m.
  • On March 17, a resident in the 1100 block of Tudor Drive reported that  sometime last week, an unknown subject removed a GPS from his unlocked vehicle.

Both thefts occurred within about a mile from one another, and in the same location as the thefts last week.
