Man Who Allegedly Attempted to Rape Real Estate Agent Waives Hearing

Frank A. Yeager waives his right to a preliminary hearing on Friday. Police filed charges after investigating a report from a saleswoman for Pulte Homes in Upper Macungie.

A 29-year-old man charged with intending to sexually assault real estate agents by allegedly luring them into model homes waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday, according to online court records.

The case moves to Lehigh County Court.

Frank A. Yeager, of 111 Hickory Lane, West Rockhill Township, was charged in December after state police at Fogelsville and the former Berks-Lehigh Regional Police department investigated a report by a saleswoman for Pulte Homes in Upper Macungie.

Yeager faces charges of one count of criminal attempt rape, two counts of carrying firearms without a license, and one count of possessing instruments of crime, a misdemeanor of the first degree, according to the prepared release.

Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
