Man Steals Industrial Sinks From Rascals, Police Say

Robert Stout, 47, accused of taking industrial sinks from arcade style restaurant.

Rascals prides itself as a fun place to eat, with arcade games, bumper cars and laser tag.

But all Robert Stout was after, Upper Macungie police say, was the sinks.

Stout, 47, of the 6100 block of Memorial Road, is accused of taking two industrial sinks from Rascals Tuesday morning.

According to police, a witness managed to get Stout's license plate, which led them to his home. Police say one of the sinks was found in Stout's side yard.

According to online court records, Stout was arraigned later Tuesday by District Judge Michael Faulkner of Upper Macungie and committed to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

He was charged with receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking, the records say.
