Upper Macungie Police say a Berks County man suffered a minor head injury Friday morning in a two-car crash on Schantz Road.

According to police, the accident happened when Gerald Polachak, 53, of Easton tried to make a left turn from the westbound lane of Schantz onto Boulder Drive.

Police say Polachak turned into the path of Jeremy Billman, 36, of Blandon, who was heading east on Schantz Road.

Billman sustained a minor head injury in the crash and his car had to be towed. Polachak will be cited for making an improper turn, police said.
