Man Charged With DUI After Crash
Police say Allentown resident Benjamin Miller charged following crash on Grange Road.
Upper Macungie police say an Allentown man was charged with driving while under the influence following a three-vehicle crash earlier this month on Grange Road.
Police say Benjamin Miller, 30, was headed south on Grange Road Dec. 20 when he pulled into the path of another car at Auburn Drive. Miller then hit another vehicle. Police say none of the drivers or their passengers were hurt.
Miller allegedly showed signs of intoxication at the accident, and has been charged with DUI.
