Fogelsville Man Charged With DUI Following Crash

Upper Macungie police say driver in Mohr Lane crash had higher than legal blood alcohol level.

Upper Macungie police say a Fogelsville man had been drinking prior to a crash last week on Mohr Lane.

According to police, Jason Climer was heading east on the road west of Route 100 when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a guardrail.

Police say Climer had a blood alcohol level of .24, and was charged with driving while under the influence.
