Drugs Found During Crash Investigation, Police Say

No injuries reported in one-vehicle accident at Grim Road and Route 222.

Upper Macungie Police say two people from Reading are facing drug charges following a one-car crash Saturday on Route 222.

According to police, the accident happened around 4 a.m. where the highway meets Grim Road.

Police say no one was hurt in the crash, which happened when the driver hit a curb. But police say further investigation found illegal drugs in the car. Charges are pending against the two people involved, Ariel Rosario and Daniel Rosario.
