Donation Cup Stolen From Truck Stop, Police Say

The cup was at the truck stop to collect donations for a childhood leukemia patient, according to Upper Macungie Police.

Upper Macungie Police say a donation cup intended to collect funds for a childhood leukemia patient was taken from the Trexler Plaza truck stop at 5829 Tilghman St.

Police said a Styrofoam cup with a picture of the child was taken from the truck stop between March 10 and Saturday.

Police said no money was actually in the cup at the time of the theft.
