Burglar Tries to Get Into Trailer With Key, Police Say

Upper Macungie police seek public's help in break-in on Ruppsville Road.

Upper Macungie police are looking for whoever broke into a trailer on the Rascals' property Monday night.

According to police, the trailer, owned by Frederick Milander of Macungie, had been broken into sometime between 9 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. at the Ruppsville Road restaurant.

Police say someone tried to use a key to open the trailer door, but that the key broke off in the lock. The burglar did get into the trailer—which contained sound equipment—but nothing was missing.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 484-661-5911 or 610-437-5252.
