Both Drivers in Crash Claim to Have Had Green Light, Police Say

Woman and boy taken to hospital for evaluation after two-vehicle crash.

Upper Macungie police are looking for witnesses to a Tuesday morning two-vehicle accident in which both drivers say they had a green light.

According to police, the crash happened at 10:37 a.m. at the intersection of Cetronia and Grange Roads.

Police said Earl Duke, 60, of Orefield, was driving a dump truck west and Michele Paradiso-White, 52, of, of Allentown was driving her SUV north on Grange when they collided in the intersection.

Both drivers told police they had the green light.

White's vehicle was towed, and she and her passenger, a 3-year-old boy, were taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to call police at 484-661-5911.
