A blaze at Henninger Farms Wednesday night severely damaged one building, according to The Morning Call.
Upper Macungie Fire Commissioner Grant Grim said the building, which was reported on fire at about 10:25 p.m., housed machinery, a small workshop and some hay.
"That was a total loss, but we were very fortunate to save a building about another 60 feet away," he said.
The Morning Call report said one firefighter was suffering from smoke inhalation. Grim said the firefighter was treated and released.
"He's home already," Grim said.
The Call report said Henninger Farm, located between Klines Mill and Ziegels Church roads, raises corn, soybeans, wheat, cattle and some sheep.
