Austin Scott Heading to Court on Drug Charges

Former Parkland High School and Penn State football star Austin Scott is headed to court to face allegations that he sold marijuana to undercover police officers.

Scott, 28, of Allentown was charged last month with nine felony counts of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, as well as criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance.

According to court records, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing in district court Tuesday. 

Scott remains free on $10,000 bail.
