Arrest Made in Ruppsville Road Burglary

The following information is supplied by state police at Bethlehem.

 

A 33-year-old Allentown man has been arrested on charges he burglarized a home on Ruppsville Road in Upper Macungie, state police at Bethlehem said.

Timothy Graves is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property, police said.

Police allege Graves broke into a home on Ruppsville Road about 2 p.m. Friday and stole jewelry and other items.

He was arraigned in Lehigh County Central Booking and sent to county prison under $100,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. Friday (Jan. 25), according to online documents.
