Amazon.com employees charged with stealing, selling goods

Report says Bethlehem Township man among three charged with stealing from Upper Macungie plant this month.

A Bethlehem Township man was charged today with stealing more than $80,000 in goods from the Amazon.com facility in Upper Macungie Township and selling the merchandise on eBay, according to this Morning Call report.

The report said James Gross was arraigned for theft and receiving stolen property and is in Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $25,000 in bail.

The report said Gross is the third Amazon.com employee to be charged with theft and receiving stolen property at the facility this month.
