Allentown Man Jailed For PFA Violation

An Allentown man was sent to Lehigh County Prison June 4 pending a hearing for indirect criminal contempt.

David Remaley, 31, of Allentown was arrested by Berks-Lehigh Regional police after showing up at a Palomino Drive address in Upper Macungie Township in violation of an existing protection from abuse (PFA) order.

Berks-Lehigh Regional Police took the suspect to the Lehigh County Processing Center, where he was booked and jailed for the offense, pending a court hearing.
