Parkland Rolls over Nazareth, Win Streak now at 4
The Trojans (5-1) defeated the Blue Eagles (3-3) at Andrew Leh stadium Friday night by a score of 47-6. Parkland was in control the whole night, as the Blue Eagles offense could not muster any kind of consistent production against Parkland's defense.
Parkland Assistant Coach Frank Lane does not believe his team dominated the game, stating that "Yes, we won and we won big, but we played sluggishly in the first half and left a lot of points out there on the field". "Absolutely not", Lane said when asked whether he thought this was Parkland's most complete win to this point. "We need to be more consistent in every phase of the game and get better every week".
Parkland will stay on the road to play Freedom on Friday, October 11, before coming back to Orefield for their homecoming game against Bethlehem Catholic.
