Eleanor Swank, 73, Worked at Day-Timers for 20 Years

Eleanor L. Swank, 73, of Mertztown, passed away on Monday, October 7, with her family by her side at the Lutheran Home in Topton.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Paul T. Kressler and Mildred (Peifer) Kressler Cunningham. Eleanor worked for Day-Timers for 20 years and prior for H & M Concessions, Ritz Barbeque and Hess Brothers. One of her greatest joys of life was helping to raise her two granddaughters.

Survivors: sons, Richard P. of Wescosville; Thomas C. of Mertztown, with whom she resided; brother, Richard P of Allentown; three grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria and Sara Jo. Her step-father Jerome V. Cunningham predeceased her.

Memorial services: 11 a.m.  Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013 at Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Road, Breinigsville, Pa. A calling hour will begin at 10 a.m.
