Weather Service Issues a Fire Warning
Conditions are right today for uncontrolled fires to spread quickly, according to The National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service has issued a “Red Flag Warning” for today, which means the conditions are perfect for uncontrolled fires to spread.
The meteorological condition – strong winds, low humidity and warm temperatures – can “create explosive fire growth potential.” Temperatures are expected to reach above 60 degrees this afternoon.

The red flag warning is in effect until 7 p.m. tonight. The forecast predicts 65 degrees on Thursday with rain showers.
