This Week's Upper Macungie Roadwork
Several projects have the potential to delay traffic.
PennDOT announced the following roadwork in Upper Macungie Township this week:
-- A southbound and northbound shoulder restriction on Route 100 between Schantz Road and Spring Creek Road for bridge inspection on Thursday between 9 a.m. and noon.
-- A slow-moving sweeping crew with no road restriction will be working on Interstate 78 between the Northampton County Line AND Exit 49 (Route 100) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. PennDOT urges motorists to watch for stopped vehicles and use caution through the work areas.
