Be aware Thursday if you travel on Interstate 78 eastbound in the Upper Macungie Township area between exit 49 (Route 100) and exit 45 (Route 863).
PennDOT said in a release that guide rail repairs performed by a contractor will restrict the eastbound lanes of I-78 between that stretch of roadway between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. tomorrow.
PennDOT noted to utilize caution in the work area.
