Glasbern Inn Chef to Hold Demo at Pa. Farm Show

Nate Weida, the Glasbern Inn's award-winning executive chef, to demo pork cooking Tuesday

Nate Weida, executive chef at Fogelsville's , will host a cooking demonstration Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg.

Weida, who won the title of , will be demonstrating pork dishes.

Weida's winning Taste of Elegance entrée was a pork tenderloin prepared sous vide with succotash tossed in a spicy herb vinaigrette, bacon corn pudding, and a cherry demi glace, garnished with puffed pork shoulder and powdered pork fat.

There will be eight days of cooking demonstrations at the Farm Show, which runs from Sunday, Jan. 7 through Saturday, Jan. 12.
