Krause Toyota to Break Ground on New Showroom

Krause Toyota vice president Matthew Krause says he expects the company's new showroom located at 7702 Penn Drive will be completed by year's end with construction beginning in the spring.

The dealership's current location, just off Route 100 in Fogelsville, is now up for sale.

Krause plans to on a new two story 33,000 square foot car dealership on 4.2 acres adjacent to its current location.

"We wanted to get better road coverage and frontage," Krause said. "And, Toyota has a new image program with an updated look and feel. The spring is the game plan. And the contractor is on track with opening by the end of the year, before Christmas."

Krause says the new showroom, which will front Route 100, will be a destination for automobile customers.

"It's better visibility for us and obviously people like to go to a new place, so it will be more of like a destination," he said.

Amenities for customers will include a covered drive-up service area, so that people getting their cars serviced will not have to deal with weather, Krause said.
