Is A Gas Station Coming to Fogelsville Weis?

A 'Gas-N-Go' fuel station could be constructed on the site, as the company will come before the Upper Macungie Zoning Hearing Board next week to ask for a variance.

A new gasoline station could be coming to Fogelsville in the near future, courtesy of Weis Markets.

The Sunbury-based company is scheduled to appear before the Upper Macungie Zoning Hearing Board on March 13 to ask for a variance allowing  construction of a “Gas-N-Go” fuel station in conjunction with the existing Weis Market store.

The property is located at northwest corner of the intersection of Route 100 and Glenlivet Drive West.

It isn't the first retail space planned for the new complex.

Recently, township planners heard from developers concerning the construction of three retail outlets in the shopping center, including a multi-use building, a bank, and a restaurant with a liquor license.
