Prices in every state have increased over the last week, according to AAA’s Fuel Gauge Report.
There were some long lines at the pump as drivers filled up their cars in advance of winter storm “Nemo,” but the ultimate short-term impact on regional prices was minimal. In Pennsylvania, the average price of self-serve gasoline is now $3.729 per gallon, up 5.9 cents from a week ago.
The average price for a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Upper Macungie is $3.71, up 5 cents since last week, and 11 cents higher than a year ago.
Nearby, the cheapest price for regular is $3.65 at the Giant Food Stores in Trexlertown, according to gasbuddy.com.
