Parkland Open House Nights Set for Next Week
Upper Macungie parents can visit their child's schools on Open House nights, which are scheduled next week, in addition to PTO nights. Picture days are also scheduled for next week.
Students have returned to school and are getting to know their teachers, classrooms and routines.
Upper Macungie parents will get that same chance next week as the Parkland School District holds Open House nights throughout the next week.
Some parent-teacher organization meetings are sprinkled in the mix as well.
Here is the Open House/PTO schedule for next week and beyond:
Monday, Sept. 9:
Jaindl Elementary School: PTO Welcome Back Social at 7 p.m., followed by PTO meeting at 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 10:
Fogelsville Elementary School: Open House, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Orefield Middle School: Open House, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 12:
Parkland High School: Open House, 7 p.m.
Fogelsville Elementary School: Picture Day
Orefield Middle School: Picture Day
Friday, Sept. 13:
The Parkland School District is closed to observe Yom Kippur.
Thursday, Sept. 19
Jaindl Elementary School: Open House, 7 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
