Trexlertown Antique Sign Selling for $276 on eBay

A colorful 1900s sign from a Trexlertown company is for sale on eBay

An eBay seller from Ohio is asking $276 (price reduced from $335 in November) for a color, die-cut antique sign circa 1900 from a Trexlertown company.

The sign is an advertisement for the J.H. Geisler flour, feed and lumber company. It shows a lovely lady seated on a bench with a basket of flowers.

It measures 16 by 11 1/2 and has staple holes where the sign probably once held a calendar.

This sign was from the former John Geisler Feed Mill which is now where Mazzolla's Pizza Shop is on Rt. 100. Mr. Geisler was a founding member and the first fire chief at the Good Will Fire Company, No. 1., Trexlertown... He passed away in the late 1950's.
