Shelter Animals in Need of Homes

Meet Breezy and Lady, this week's featured pets.

Each week Upper Macungie Patch features shelter animals in need of loving homes.  This week we feature Breezy and Lady, two sweet beauties.  Whether your household is looking for a canine or a feline critter to call your own, please consider adopting.

BREEZY

A 12-year-old Siberian husky with the energy of a two-year-old, Breezy is very social and gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home.  She is an affectionate dog, loves to cuddle and will gladly sleep in bed if allowed! She is spayed, housebroken and trustworthy in the house. Breezy has no known medical conditions. She would do best in a household with no cats or small animals. This blue-eyed beauty is available through MaPaw Siberian Huskey Rescue. For more information, visit www.sibes.com/2011/05/breezy or call Stacie at 610-369-0055.

LADY

This super sweet little lady is believed to be just over one year old.  She was found with her three kittens, and all of them have found their permanent homes.  This black beauty has even helped nurse other kittens that were not hers.  She loves to be petted and is very affectionate.  Lady has a bobtail, which means it is just a stub.  She is up to date on shots and is spayed.  Lady is available through The Sanctuary at Haafsville www.thesanctuarypa.org.  Contact Brittney at 610-533-4141 for a time to meet this lovely kitty.
