The Penn State Extension in Lehigh County sponsored its annual Open Gate Farm Tour on Sunday, giving residents an opportunity to learn about local agriculture.
Nineteen farms and riding clubs opened their gates to the community Sunday as the Penn State Extension in Lehigh County sponsored its annual Open Gate Farm Tour.
Among the stops were Grim's Greenhouse and Farm Market in Upper Macungie, Wehr's Fruit Stand and Farm in Orefield, Flint Hill Farm in Coopersburg and Boots and Saddle Riding Club in Salisbury Township.
